I specialize in working with individuals living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) — a deeply debilitating and often misunderstood mental health condition. OCD can take many forms and can significantly impact daily life, relationships, and self-esteem.
In our work together, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD. While ERP can feel intimidating at first, we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, building trust and confidence along the way. My goal is to help you reduce the power of intrusive thoughts, regain control, and reconnect with the life you want to live.
I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety and stress in all its forms. Anxiety can show up in many ways — constant worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, overthinking, or feeling “on edge” — and it can be incredibly crippling at times.
In our work together, we focus on helping you build a healthier relationship with your anxiety. Rather than trying to eliminate it completely, we learn to understand its purpose, soften its power, and cultivate greater self-compassion.
Through therapy, you’ll begin to recognize that you are capable of tolerating uncertainty and discomfort, and that anxiety doesn’t have to control your life. Together, we’ll develop practical tools and insights to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control — even when life feels unpredictable.
I work with individuals who are struggling in their relationships or with their own personal growth. When we feel disconnected from ourselves or others, it can impact every part of our lives — leaving us feeling stuck, frustrated, or misunderstood.
In our work together, we focus on helping you develop greater self-awareness and accountability — learning to take ownership of your actions rather than others’. One of the most empowering shifts we can make is realizing that while we can’t control what others do, we can always choose how we respond.
Through this process, you’ll gain tools to communicate more effectively, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate relationships — both with yourself and others — that are grounded in respect, understanding, and authenticity.
Adjusting to life changes — whether expected or sudden — can feel incredibly overwhelming and isolating. You may feel like no one truly understands what you’re going through or find yourself struggling to accept what’s happening.
You don’t have to face these changes alone. In therapy, we’ll work together to help you lean into the transitions you’re experiencing and develop tools for acceptance and resilience. My goal is to help you find hope, stability, and self-compassion — so that instead of feeling pulled down by change, you can begin to see what’s possible on the other side of it.
I provide Telehealth counseling services to clients across Colorado, offering the convenience of therapy from the comfort of your own home. I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide superbills after each session. Most insurance companies will reimburse clients for out-of-network services when submitted with a superbill.
This approach allows you to access personalized, high-quality care without the limitations of in-network restrictions, while still giving you the option to seek reimbursement through your insurance provider.
