I have always had a great passion towards helping others in need. Often times, we can feel very alone in a world full of people. My hope is to help you feel heard and accepted in a way that you may not have thought possible. I aim to provide a multiculturally safe and supportive environment and am an ally in the LGBTQIA community.
I graduated from Colorado State University with my B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies in 2016. I went on to continue my education at Northwestern University and graduated in 2019 with my M.A. in Counseling.
This journey has not always been easy, however, it has led me to a place where I can empower, support and be a part of your journey. For that I am truly grateful.
My focus is to help my clients heal, grow and recognize the parts of themselves that they may feel are negative can actually be used as strengths.
You are not alone. By creating space that is safe, judgment free and collaborative, my hope is that you will be able to reach an acceptance and understanding of your experience that you did not have before. Going on this journey is not easy. It can be very challenging, difficult and raw. However, you have the support and strength to venture on this path and reach ultimate mental wealth.
My hope for you is that you are able to gain acceptance and strength on your journey. Whether this is with me or another counseling professional, I genuinely want you to find your way towards ultimate mental wealth. You are not alone. Your strength to improve your situation shines through just by being here and reading these words.

Those that struggle with OCD can feel very isolated and alone while taking the thoughts and ideas that OCD mind tells them making them their own. There can be shame and guilt around these thoughts. I implement mindfulness-based techniques as well as exposure and response prevention (ERP) to help you take more control over OCD and improve your symptoms. While this can be scary and difficult for some, you are supported and we take this at your pace. Together, we can help take your power back over OCD.

I use an eclectic approach when working with anxiety and depression. I understand that not every method will work with every client- so together we can establish what will be best for you. It may feel impossible to feel better, but you are not alone and you can obtain tools and techniques to incorporate with the strength that you already hold.
Relationships can be hard and we interact with different relationships every single day. Whether you struggle with familial issues, partner issues or friendship issues, I can offer you support and guidance towards improving these areas within your life. I work with the LGBTQIA community and consider myself an ally.

I am also working towards becoming specialized in Sex Therapy and I offer clients the space to open up and share concerns or issues regarding sex. I recognize that this can be difficult for some individuals to open up and discuss, but again, I aim to provide a space where you feel safe and able to open up and express yourself freely. These areas can cause a lot of distress in everyday life and it is important that you have a space where you are able to explore and find ways to improve your current situation if necessary.
